Service Fee Guangzhou To Singapore

Applicable to general cargo via sea freight mode

Service is including sea freight customs declaration fee, trailer fee,
document fee, handling fee and delivery fee.

Excluding Singapore goods and services tax ( GST ) of 7%

Our Service Scope

Pick up your goods to our receiving Guangzhou warehouse. Pick up service fee is based on accordance to the number of kilometers ( distance ) to our receiving warehouse.

Packaging service
Palletising: Rmb 100/piece
Wooden crate: Rmb 300/cbm
Carton packaging: Rmb 25/piece
Hemp bag packaging: Rmb 20/piece

Forklift service
For overweight cargo. Forklift costs Rmb 40/fork/single item

Warehouse receipts
Each ticket is entitled to 10 free warehouse receipts. Subsequent receipt will be charged at
Rmb 3 per additional receipt

Payment service
A service charge of 1% service fee is applicable for transferring of payment to supplier.
Full payment must be made to us in advance before transferring to China designated bank account.

Free storage period
Upon delivery to our receiving warehouse at Guangzhou, we provide 7 free days. Thereafter, a charge of Rmb 10/cbm per day is applicable.

Customs declaration
If separate customs declaration is required, documentation fee is
S $40 /set

Free storage period
We provide 5 days of free storage upon vessel arrival in Singapore.
If customer request for further storage period, a charge based on per cbm per day is applicable.

Cost of disposal of wooden package material is subjected to number of pieces.

Delivery of non-palletised floor tiles will be charged at S $ 180 /-.

  • Goods are to be delivered using the warehouse receipt number ( ‘Maitou’ ) to our receiving warehouse. Shipper must indicate the warehouse receipt number ( ‘Maitou’ ) on the delivery note and the outer packaging of the goods. This is to ensure that the goods are delivered to your consignee correctly.
  • Please note that without the warehouse receipt number ( ‘Maitou’ ), cargo will be denied entry into our warehouse. The use of the warehouse receipt number ( ‘Maitou’ ), is important as it is used to check the status of the goods.
  • The shipper must provide details of the goods list and also the cargo tax return value.
  • The shipping fee ( quotation ) only covers one free delivery attempt at destination. If failed delivery is due to consignee unavailability, there will be additional delivery charges on the next attempt.
  • Overweight cargo calculation method is based on : actual weight / 500KG = actual cubic metres
  • Each booking is entitled to 10 free single-number warehousing receipt number, there is a charge for additional request.
  • For individual separate customs declaration request in Singapore, there is a charge applicable.
  • For loss or damage as a result of our handling, our exposure to compensation is limited to the value of the declared tax return or the equivalent of three time the freight cost of the loss or damage, whichever is the lower value.
  • We are not responsible for the damage of fragile goods. Kindly ensure sea-worthy self-packing.
  • Fragile goods include :- Shredded items such as, glass, ceramics, marble, lighting, etc.
  • There is a charge applicable if you require our pick up services from your location to our Guangzhou receiving warehouse.
  • Packaging services such as palletising, wooden crating, carton, hemp bag, is also available at our receiving warehouse in Guangzhou at a charge.
  • All floor tiles must be palletised before they can be transported
  • There were be a forklift surcharge for all overweight single packages.

Restriction Advisory

  • All kinds of simulation weapons, flammable and explosive chemicals, fireworks, lacquer, gas lighter, match, sulphur, pesticide, hydrogen peroxide, chemical products. Mobile phone battery, battery (with liquid) and vehicle.
  • All kinds of anaesthetic drugs. Such as opium, morphine, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, ice, ephedrine and other drugs.
  • Various publications, publicity materials, and prints that endanger social and political stability and obscenity.
  • National laws, regulations, and administrative regulations prohibiting the circulation, delivery, or entry and exit of articles, such as state secret documents and materials, national currency and counterfeit currency and securities, controlled knives, precious cultural relics, etc.
  • Foods containing meat and eggs, tobacco, wine and living plants, etc.
  • Steel, iron, aluminium raw materials, logs, etc.
  • Medical equipment items
  • Food and food additives
  • Kitchen supplies, such as: pots, bowls, saucers, chopsticks, cups, cooking machines, etc.
